- Vendor Management and Procurement:
- Identify and build relationships with local and national vendors to source products and materials needed by the company.
- Visit vendor locations regularly to assess product quality, negotiate prices, and ensure timely deliveries.
- Obtain and evaluate price quotes from multiple vendors to ensure competitive pricing and cost-effectiveness.
- Coordinate with vendors to fulfill purchase orders and ensure the timely delivery of materials.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vendor performance, and resolve any issues related to product quality, pricing, and delivery.
- Field Operations and Material Inspection:

- Manage the receipt, inspection, and documentation of purchased materials to ensure they meet company standards and expectations.
- Address issues related to damaged goods or non-compliance by working with the supplier for resolutions such as replacements or credits.
- Ensure all purchase orders are executed correctly, and the materials are delivered on time for production or storage.
- Purchase Order Management:
- Raise and manage purchase orders, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed correctly.
- Monitor the status of orders, and coordinate with vendors to expedite deliveries or resolve any issues.
- Ensure that goods received match the specifications mentioned in the purchase order and are properly accounted for.
- Inventory Management:
- Regularly update and maintain inventory records to ensure accurate stock levels.

- Assist in managing stock levels, ensuring materials are available as needed, while avoiding overstock situations.
- Supplier Negotiations:
- Conduct negotiations with suppliers to obtain the best possible prices, terms, and payment schedules.

- Ensure that all transactions adhere to company policies and contractual agreements.
- Transport and Logistics Coordination:

- Documentation and Reporting:
