Position Overview:
The Account Executive plays a crucial role in our company’s financial management and client relations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, maintaining accurate financial records, and providing exceptional customer service. With 1-2 years of relevant experience, the Account Executive will contribute to the growth and success of our company by ensuring efficient and effective management of accounts receivable and payable, as well as fostering positive relationships with clients and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:
– Manage a portfolio of client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for all financial matters.
– Prepare and send invoices to clients promptly, ensuring accuracy and adherence to payment terms.
– Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up with clients to ensure timely payment of outstanding invoices.
– Process incoming payments, reconcile accounts, and update financial records in the accounting system.
– Coordinate with the sales and procurement teams to resolve any billing or payment discrepancies.
– Review and verify purchase orders, sales orders, and invoices for accuracy and completeness.
– Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, including receipts, payments, and journal entries.
– Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
– Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities as needed.
– Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
– Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
– 1-2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a similar role.
– Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications, with strong Excel skills.
– Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial recordkeeping.
– Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service-oriented mindset.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
– Familiarity with accounting principles and practices.
– Experience in the trading industry will be an advantage.

Working Conditions:
– Full-time position, Monday to Saturday, with occasional overtime as needed.
– Office-based role with regular interactions with clients and vendors.
