As a CNC/VMC/HMC Programmer, you will be responsible for creating and optimizing CNC, VMC, and HMC programs to manufacture high-quality spare parts for earthmoving equipment. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of machine programming, tooling selection, and machining processes. This role requires a detail-oriented individual capable of delivering exceptional accuracy and productivity while maintaining strict quality standards.
Key Responsibilities: CNC / VMC / HMC PROGRAMMER JOB IN PALWAL HARYANA
- CNC/VMC/HMC Programming and Setup
- Develop, test, and optimize CNC, VMC, and HMC programs using CAM software and manual programming techniques.
- Analyze technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models to determine machining requirements.
- Set up and calibrate machines for production, ensuring proper alignment and functionality.
- Define machining strategies, including tool paths, speeds, and feeds, to maximize efficiency and precision.
- Machine Operation and Oversight
- Operate CNC, VMC, and HMC machines during trial runs and production cycles to verify program accuracy.
- Monitor machining processes and make necessary adjustments to achieve desired outcomes.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues related to machine operation, programming, or tooling.
- Ensure optimal machine utilization and minimize downtime.
- Tooling and Fixture Management
- Select appropriate cutting tools, inserts, and holders based on material and machining specifications.

- Team Collaboration and Training
