As a Store Executive, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the store, including receiving, storing, and issuing materials and products. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The Store Executive will work closely with other departments, including production, procurement, and quality control, to ensure that the materials and products are available when needed and that inventory levels are maintained accurately.

1. Inventory Management:
– Receive, check, and record the quantity and quality of materials and products delivered to the store.

– Manage the movement of materials and products within the store, ensuring that items are easily accessible for production and dispatch.
– Ensure that all storage areas are clean, organized, and free of hazards.
3. Issuing and Dispatching Materials:
– Prepare and issue materials and products to the production department based on work orders and production schedules.
– Ensure that materials and products are dispatched to the correct locations in a timely and accurate manner.
– Maintain records of all issued and dispatched materials and products, including quantities and destinations.
– Coordinate with the logistics team to arrange the transportation of materials and products to and from the store.
– Monitor the usage of materials in the production process and report any shortages or issues to the relevant departments.
4. Coordination and Communication:
– Work closely with the production, procurement, and quality control teams to ensure that the store operations support the overall production goals.
– Communicate with suppliers and vendors regarding the delivery of materials and products, ensuring that deliveries are made on time and meet quality standards.
