Position Overview-Account Executive Female job

The Account Executive Female job will be responsible for overseeing and managing the company’s financial transactions, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations, and providing critical financial insights to support decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in accounting within the manufacturing sector, possess strong analytical skills, and demonstrate a meticulous approach to financial management.

Key Responsibilities-Account Executive Female job

1. Financial Reporting and Analysis:
– Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
– Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
– Provide management with timely and accurate financial reports to support strategic decision-making.
– Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with the company’s financial goals.

2. General Ledger Management:
– Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded.
– Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis.
– Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal control procedures.
– Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations.

3. Accounts Payable and Receivable:
– Oversee the accounts payable process, including invoice verification, payment processing, and vendor management.

– Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts to ensure prompt payment.
– Coordinate with the sales and procurement teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to billing and payments.

4. Tax Compliance and Reporting:
– Ensure compliance with all applicable tax regulations, including GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
– Prepare and file accurate and timely tax returns, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to deadlines.

5. Cash Flow Management:

Qualifications and Skills-Account Executive Female job
