Key Responsibilities: Account Executive Job Fresher Male

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for the following:

1. Financial Record Management

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in the accounting software.
  • Record day-to-day financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
  • Reconcile cash and bank accounts regularly to ensure accuracy.

2. Invoice and Billing Management

  • Prepare invoices for customers and ensure timely delivery.
  • Verify bills received from vendors and ensure accurate entries in the system.
  • Follow up with clients and vendors for payments and dues.

3. GST, TDS, and Compliance Assistance

  • Assist in filing GST, TDS, and other statutory returns under the supervision of senior accountants.
  • Ensure timely preparation of documents required for compliance and reporting.
  • Stay updated with the latest changes in tax laws and compliance guidelines.

4. Payroll Support

  • Support payroll processing by maintaining employee attendance and salary records.
  • Assist in calculating deductions and preparing payroll reports.

5. Financial Reporting

  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Help analyze financial data to provide insights into the company’s performance.
  • Support the preparation of profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.

6. Internal Coordination

  • Work closely with sales, operations, and procurement teams to ensure smooth financial transactions.
  • Communicate effectively with vendors, clients, and financial institutions when needed.

7. Administrative Support

  • Maintain proper documentation of financial records and organize files for easy retrieval.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks related to the accounting department.

Qualifications and Skills: Account Executive Job Fresher Male

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com, or equivalent).
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices is essential.

Skills Required

1. Basic Accounting Knowledge:

  • Familiarity with concepts like ledgers, journal entries, and reconciliation.
  • Understanding of GST, TDS, and basic tax compliance is a plus.
