Location: NIT-3, Faridabad, Haryana

Role Overview:
The Account Executive plays a critical role in managing client accounts, fostering positive relationships, and driving sales growth for the company. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in account management or sales, with a strong understanding of the manufacturing industry. They will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining existing client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success and growth of our company while working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management:
– Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
– Understand client needs and objectives, and work collaboratively with internal teams to develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
– Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction, address concerns, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

2. Business Development:
– Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts, as well as potential new clients.
– Research and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify areas for growth and expansion.
– Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.

3. Sales Support:
– Collaborate with the sales team to prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients.
– Assist in negotiating contract terms and conditions, ensuring agreements are mutually beneficial and in line with company policies.
– Follow up on sales leads and inquiries in a timely manner, providing information and assistance as needed.

4. Order Processing and Fulfillment:
– Coordinate with internal departments, including production, logistics, and finance, to ensure timely processing and fulfillment of client orders.
– Monitor order status and shipment schedules, proactively addressing any issues or delays to ensure on-time delivery.
– Generate and maintain accurate sales and order records, including sales forecasts, order logs, and customer databases.

5. Customer Service:
– Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and managing complaints in a professional and timely manner.
– Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments, advocating for the client’s needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
– Conduct regular service reviews and performance evaluations with clients to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for value-added services.

Qualifications and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
– 1-2 years of experience in account management, sales, or customer service, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients.
– Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented approach to problem-solving.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software.
– Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
– Knowledge of manufacturing processes and industry trends is preferred.

Working Conditions:
– Full-time position, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work or travel as required.
– Office-based role, with regular interactions with clients and internal teams within the manufacturing facility.
