Position Overview-Account job for Male and Female
The Account Executive will play a critical role in managing the financial operations of the company. This position requires a detail-oriented and analytical individual who can handle various accounting tasks, ensure accurate financial reporting, and support the overall financial health of the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments.
Key Responsibilities-Account job for Male and Female
Financial Management
– Accounting Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records, including ledgers, journals, and financial statements. Ensure all transactions are properly recorded and categorized.
– Accounts Payable/Receivable: Manage accounts payable and receivable processes. Ensure timely payments and collections, and reconcile discrepancies.
– Invoicing: Prepare and issue invoices to clients. Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely collection.
– Bank Reconciliation: Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of bank statements and financial records.
Financial Reporting
– Monthly/Quarterly Reports: Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Present findings to management.
– Budgeting: Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and financial forecasts. Monitor budget performance and report variances.
– Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with all tax regulations. Prepare and file tax returns accurately and on time.
– Audit Preparation: Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and documentation. Coordinate with external auditors during audits.
Cost Management
– Expense Tracking: Monitor and track company expenses. Implement cost-saving measures and ensure expenditures are within budget.
– Inventory Management: Work closely with the inventory team to ensure accurate inventory records. Conduct periodic physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
– Vendor Management: Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers. Negotiate terms and manage payments to ensure cost-effective procurement.
Internal Controls
– Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
– Internal Audits: Conduct internal audits to ensure accuracy and compliance of financial records. Identify and address any discrepancies or irregularities.
– Risk Management: Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Ensure the security and integrity of financial data.
Client Relations
– Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients regarding billing and payment inquiries. Address and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
– Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients regarding account status, payment terms, and any outstanding issues.
– Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
Team Collaboration
– Cross-functional support: Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, operations, and inventory, to ensure accurate financial reporting and support overall business operations.
– Training and Development: Mentor and train junior accounting staff. Provide guidance and support to ensure their professional growth and development.
– Team Meetings: Participate in team meetings and provide updates on financial performance. Share insights and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications and Skills-Account job for Male and Female
Educational Background
– Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
– Preferred Education: Professional certification such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CA (Chartered Accountant) is an advantage.
Professional Experience
– Experience: 1-3 years of experience in an accounting role, preferably in the steel trading or manufacturing industry.
– Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the steel trading industry and its financial practices is desirable.
