Position Overview:
The Chartered Accountant (CA) plays a critical role in our company’s financial management and compliance efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial accounting, reporting, and analysis, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Key Responsibilities:
– Manage the day-to-day financial operations of the company, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
– Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports by accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
– Conduct regular financial analysis to assess the company’s financial performance, identify trends, and provide management insights.
– Develop and implement internal controls and procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
– Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities to facilitate audits and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
– Prepare and file various tax returns, including income tax, GST, and other indirect taxes, ensuring timely and accurate submission.
– Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting activities to support strategic decision-making and financial planning.
– Provide guidance and support to other departments on financial matters, including cost management, pricing, and profitability analysis.
– Stay updated with changes in accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements, and ensure timely implementation of relevant updates.
– Assist in special projects and initiatives as assigned by senior management.

Requirements:
– Qualified Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 2-3 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
– Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and taxation laws.
– Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications, with advanced Excel skills.
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
– Effective communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
– High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to upholding ethical standards and confidentiality.
– Experience working with ERP systems will be an advantage.

Working Conditions:
– Full-time position, Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime as required.
