As an HR Executive job at the Hospital, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the hospital’s human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration. HR Executive job-Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment and Selection:
– Coordinate the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the selection and hiring of qualified candidates.
– Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and create recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

2. Employee Onboarding and Orientation:
– Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles by providing orientation sessions, explaining policies and procedures, and assisting with paperwork completion.
– Conduct employee orientation programs to familiarize new hires with the hospital’s mission, values, culture, and expectations.

3. Employee Relations and Engagement:
– Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, concerns, and grievances, providing guidance, support, and resolution as needed.
– Implement employee engagement initiatives, including recognition programs, team-building activities, and employee feedback mechanisms, to foster a positive work environment and enhance employee morale.

4. Performance Management:
– Administer the performance appraisal process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions, to support employee development and performance improvement.
– Collaborate with managers to address performance issues, provide coaching and support, and implement performance improvement plans as necessary.

5. HR Administration and Compliance:
– Maintain accurate HR records and employee files, including personal information, attendance records, and performance documentation, in compliance with legal requirements and confidentiality standards.
– Assist with HR administrative tasks, such as payroll processing, benefits administration, leave management, and HRIS updates, to ensure accurate and timely delivery of HR services.

6. Training and Development:

HR Executive job-Qualifications and Skills:
