Job Description

Job profile: HR EXECUTIVE
Location: Faridabad and Patli Khurd

 

Job Summary: As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the human resources function within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment(Hiring): Execute effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, reference checks, and offer negotiations. Collaborate with directors and managers to identify staffing needs, define job requirements, and create accurate job descriptions.
  2. Maintain an effective onboarding process to ensure new employees have a smooth integration into the company.
  3. Performance Management: Execute training strategies and exercises as per directions.
  4. Ensure Compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, attendance, and leave management.
  6. Prepare and distribute HR-related communications, policies, and procedures. Collaborate with the finance department to manage payroll administration and benefits programs.
  7. Facilities Management: Manage facilities, and develop and implement policies and procedures for cleaning, building maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
  8. Attendance and Salary Calculation 

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar HR administration role.
  3. In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  4. Strong understanding of talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively across all levels of the organization.
  6. Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
  7. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  8. Proficiency in HRIS software, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  9. Professional certifications such as PHR or SPHR are preferred.
