Job Overview:

This role is ideal for a candidate with 2-4 years of experience in human resources, a deep understanding of HR practices, and the ability to contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment and Onboarding:
– Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
– Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
– Conduct new employee orientations and facilitate a smooth onboarding process.

2. Employee Relations:
– Serve as a point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and resolution.
– Conduct investigations into employee complaints or concerns and recommend appropriate actions.
– Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through proactive employee engagement initiatives.

3. Performance Management:
– Implement and manage the performance appraisal process, ensuring timely and constructive feedback.
– Assist in the development of performance improvement plans when necessary.
– Work with managers to identify and address performance-related issues.

4. Training and Development:
– Identify training needs within the organization and develop training programs to address those needs.
– Coordinate with external trainers or training organizations as needed.
– Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness.

5. HR Policies and Compliance:
– Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
– Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations, updating policies as needed.
– Conduct regular HR audits to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.

6. Employee Benefits Administration:
– Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
– Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries and concerns.
– Coordinate open enrollment processes.

7. Employee Data Management:
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases.
– Ensure confidentiality and security of employee information.
– Generate reports and analytics related to HR metrics.

8. Conflict Resolution:
– Mediate and resolve conflicts between employees, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
– Provide guidance to managers on conflict resolution strategies.

9. Exit Management:
– Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
– Coordinate the offboarding process, including the return of company property.

10. Health and Safety:
– Collaborate with the safety team to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
– Assist in the development and implementation of health and safety policies and procedures.

11. Employee Engagement:
– Plan and organize employee engagement activities and events.
– Implement initiatives to enhance employee morale and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. HR certification is a plus.
– 2-4 years of progressive experience in human resources, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.
– Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
– Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
– Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and MS Office.
– Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
