Quality Assurance and Control:
– Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance processes and procedures.
– Conduct regular inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.

– Identify and document any quality issues, non-conformances, or defects.
– Work with the production team to address and resolve quality issues in a timely manner.
Documentation and Compliance:
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality records, including inspection reports, test results, and compliance documentation.

– Assist in the development and maintenance of quality manuals, procedures, and work instructions.
– Participate in internal audits to ensure adherence to the company’s quality management system.
Continuous Improvement:
– Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing product quality and manufacturing processes.
– Analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and optimize production efficiency.

Supplier Quality Management:
– Assist in the evaluation and approval of suppliers based on quality standards and performance.
– Conduct supplier assessments and audits to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
– Work with suppliers to resolve quality issues and improve their quality performance.
– Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure a consistent supply of high-quality materials.
Customer Interaction:
– Address customer complaints and quality-related inquiries promptly and professionally.
– Investigate and resolve quality issues reported by customers, ensuring effective root cause analysis and corrective actions.
– Maintain open communication with customers regarding quality concerns and improvements.
– Provide technical support and expertise to customers as needed.
Training and Development:
– Provide training to employees on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
– Assist in the development and delivery of quality-related training programs and workshops.
– Mentor and guide junior quality personnel to develop their skills and knowledge.

Product and Process Validation:

Qualifications and Skills-Quality Engineer job for Fresher
Educational Background:
