Position Overview:
The Receptionist plays a vital role in creating a positive first impression for visitors, parents, and students at our school. Key Responsibilities:
– Greet visitors, parents, and students with a warm and welcoming demeanor, providing assistance and guidance as needed.
– Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate staff members or departments.
– Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
– Manage the school’s front desk operations, including handling incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
– Assist with student registrations, enrollments, and admissions processes, providing information and support to parents and guardians.
– Schedule appointments, meetings, and parent-teacher conferences coordinating calendars and sending reminders as needed.
– Collaborate with administrative staff and teachers to ensure seamless communication and coordination across departments.
– Assist in organizing school events, activities, and celebrations, including preparing materials and coordinating logistics.
– Maintain accurate records and databases, including student attendance, visitor logs, and contact information.
– Provide administrative support to the school’s leadership team, including preparing documents, reports, and presentations as needed.

Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
– Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
– Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
– Prior experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred but not required.
– Own convenience for transportation is preferred.

Working Conditions:
– Full-time position, Monday to Saturday, with occasional evening or weekend events as needed.
