These individuals will be responsible for driving sales and promoting our products in designated territories, including Ludhiana/Chandigarh, Jaipur, Ahmedabad, and Lucknow/Kanpur.

The Sales and Marketing Executive at Simplex Syscon Pvt Ltd will be responsible for generating sales, building relationships with clients, and promoting our range of electrical and automation products within their designated territory. This role requires a thorough understanding of the electrical manufacturing industry, strong communication skills, and a proven track record in sales and marketing.
The successful candidate will work independently within their assigned region, focusing on identifying potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing them with suitable solutions from our product range. The role does not require regular visits to the Faridabad office; instead, the candidate will operate primarily within their designated area, visiting clients, conducting product demonstrations, and closing sales deals.
The Sales and Marketing Executive will play a crucial role in expanding our market share, increasing brand awareness, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities-Sales and Marketing Executive job
1. Sales Generation and Territory Management:
– Identifying Potential Customers: The Sales and Marketing Executive will be responsible for identifying and targeting potential customers within their assigned territory, including Ludhiana/Chandigarh, Jaipur, Ahmedabad, and Lucknow/Kanpur. This includes researching the market, identifying key players, and reaching out to potential clients to introduce our products.
– Building Client Relationships: You will build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their needs and providing them with tailored solutions from our product range. This includes regular follow-ups, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
– Conducting Product Demonstrations: The Sales and Marketing Executive will conduct product demonstrations for clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our products, including PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, robots, and special-purpose machines. This includes providing technical explanations and answering any questions clients may have.
– Closing Sales Deals: You will be responsible for closing sales deals, negotiating terms, and ensuring that all contractual obligations are met. This includes preparing and presenting proposals, handling objections, and securing orders from clients.

Qualifications and Skills-Sales and Marketing Executive job
– Experience: 1-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the electrical manufacturing or automation industry.
– Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
