Site Supervision

  • Oversee and manage operations at multiple site locations across India, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards.
  • Conduct routine site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure projects are on track.
  • Supervise all on-site activities, ensuring tasks are carried out safely and efficiently.
  • Verify that work complies with project specifications, timelines, and quality requirements.

Team Coordination
