The Store Executive will manage the inventory and ensure all materials and products are stored properly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and working effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities-Store Executive job in sector 06

1. Inventory Management:
– Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, stock movements, and stock location.
– Conduct regular physical inventory checks and reconcile discrepancies.
– Monitor stock levels and initiate orders to replenish supplies as needed.
– Ensure proper storage and handling of materials to prevent damage and loss.

2. Stock Control:
– Oversee the receipt, inspection, and storage of incoming materials and products.
– Manage stock transfers between different locations within the company.
– Implement and maintain effective stock control procedures to ensure accurate and timely inventory management.
– Track and report on inventory metrics such as turnover rates, stock aging, and stock discrepancies.

3. Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all inventory transactions.
– Prepare and submit regular inventory reports to management.
– Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding inventory management.
– Assist in the preparation of audit documentation and participate in internal and external audits as needed.

4. Supplier Coordination:
– Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
– Resolve any issues related to delivery, quality, or quantity of materials received.
– Maintain good relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable terms when necessary.

5. Warehouse Management:
– Ensure the warehouse is organized, clean, and safe at all times.
– Implement and enforce safety and security measures within the warehouse.
– Optimize warehouse layout and storage solutions to improve efficiency.
– Supervise warehouse staff and provide training as needed.

6. Order Fulfillment:
– Process and fulfill internal and external orders accurately and promptly.
– Coordinate with production and sales teams to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
– Monitor and manage order status and communicate any delays or issues to relevant stakeholders.

7. Quality Control:
– Inspect incoming materials and products for quality and compliance with specifications.
– Report any defects or discrepancies to the relevant departments.
– Implement and maintain quality control procedures within the store department.

8. Cost Management:
– Monitor and control inventory costs to minimize waste and optimize efficiency.
– Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
– Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities related to inventory management.

9. Team Collaboration:
– Work closely with other departments such as production, sales, and procurement to ensure smooth operations.
– Participate in cross-functional meetings and projects as needed.
– Provide support and assistance to other team members as required.

10. Customer Service:
– Address and resolve any inventory-related issues or inquiries from internal and external customers.
– Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
– Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and support.

 Qualifications and Skills-Store Executive job in sector 06

Educational Background:
A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.

Professional Experience:
