– Implement quality control measures and conduct regular inspections to identify and address quality issues.
4. Inventory Management:
– Manage inventory levels and ensure availability of raw materials and components for production.
– Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to optimize inventory levels and minimize stockouts.
5. Safety and Compliance:
– Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
– Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective actions to mitigate safety risks.
6. Process Improvement:
– Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements.
– Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
7. Reporting and Documentation:
– Maintain accurate records of production activities, including production reports, inventory records, and quality inspection reports.
– Prepare regular reports on production performance, including key metrics and KPIs.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
– 2-4 years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
– Strong understanding of production processes, quality management systems, and safety protocols.
