Key Responsibilities: Tele caller job in Faridabad
- Handling Outbound and Inbound Calls
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to promote the company’s products and services.

- Customer Relationship Management

- Team Leadership and Coordination

- Conduct training sessions for new team members on communication techniques, product knowledge, and tele calling strategies.
- Lead Generation and Conversion
- Identify, qualify, and convert potential leads into customers through structured and strategic tele calling efforts.
- Use data-driven insights to prioritize high-potential leads and focus efforts on conversions.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of leads and ensure consistent follow-up until closure.
- Documentation and Reporting
- Keep accurate records of all calls, inquiries, leads, and sales in the CRM system.
- Prepare detailed daily and weekly reports on team performance, call outcomes, and sales metrics.
- Ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality protocols during record-keeping.
- Process Optimization
- Analyze call and sales data to identify trends, gaps, or areas for improvement.
- Propose and implement strategies to optimize the tele calling process, ensuring better results.
- Stay updated with market trends and customer preferences to improve pitch effectiveness.
- Meeting Targets and KPIs
- Consistently meet or exceed individual and team targets related to call volumes, lead conversions, and customer satisfaction.

Education
