The Telecaller and Computer Work position is a dual-role that involves handling telecalling responsibilities as well as performing various computer-based tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and will be proficient in computer operations. This role is essential for maintaining smooth customer interactions, data management, and overall office operations.

Key Responsibilities-Telecaller and Computer work job 

Telecalling Duties

– Customer Interaction: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about our furniture products, services, and promotions.
– Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through telephonic interactions. Gather customer information and preferences to tailor sales pitches effectively.
– Customer Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads, provide additional information, and convert prospects into customers.
– Feedback Collection: Collect and document customer feedback regarding our products and services. Relay valuable insights to the sales and marketing teams.
– Appointment Scheduling: Schedule appointments for the sales team with interested clients. Coordinate meeting times and ensure timely follow-ups.

Computer Work Duties

– Data Entry: Accurately enter and update customer information, sales data, and other relevant details into the company’s database or CRM system.
– Documentation: Prepare and maintain various documents, reports, and records related to sales, customer interactions, and office operations.
– Email Management: Handle incoming and outgoing emails, respond to customer inquiries, and forward relevant information to the appropriate departments.
– Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring inventory levels and updating inventory records as needed. Coordinate with the warehouse team for stock replenishment.
– Report Generation: Generate regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and other key metrics. Present findings to the management team.

– Product Knowledge: Stay updated with the latest product offerings, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with customers.

Administrative Duties

– Office Coordination: Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations by managing office supplies, coordinating with vendors, and handling other administrative tasks.
– Filing and Organization: Maintain organized filing systems for documents, records, and correspondence. Ensure easy retrieval of information when needed.
