Position Overview-Telecaller for Digital Marketing job

The Telecaller for Digital Marketing job will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing calls, providing information about our services, resolving customer queries, and generating leads. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in a telecalling role, preferably in a digital marketing or related industry. This position requires excellent communication skills, a customer-oriented approach, and the ability to handle high call volumes efficiently. The Telecaller will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support business development efforts and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities-Telecaller for Digital Marketing job

1. Inbound and Outbound Calls:
– Handle inbound calls from potential and existing clients, providing them with information about our services and answering their queries.
– Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our company, explain our services, and generate interest.
– Follow up on leads generated from various marketing campaigns and events.
– Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy in all interactions.

2. Lead Generation and Conversion:
– Identify and qualify potential leads through effective questioning and understanding of their needs.
– Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.
– Track and manage leads through the CRM system, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates.
– Achieve and exceed monthly targets for lead generation and conversions.

3. Customer Relationship Management:
– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
– Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly, escalating to the appropriate department when necessary.
– Provide clients with updates on their campaigns and services, ensuring they are satisfied with the progress.
– Gather feedback from clients to help improve our services and customer experience.

4. Sales Support:
– Assist the sales team by providing them with relevant client information and insights.
– Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
– Prepare and send out proposals, quotations, and other sales-related documents to clients.

5. Marketing Support:

Qualifications and Skills-Telecaller for Digital Marketing job
