1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition

  • Collaborate with department heads to identify current and future hiring needs.
  • Create and post detailed job descriptions on job boards, company websites, and social media platforms.
  • Conduct sourcing activities using job portals, professional networks, and employee referrals.
  • Screen and shortlist candidates based on qualifications and experience.
  • Coordinate and conduct preliminary interviews, scheduling further rounds with hiring managers.

2. Employee Onboarding and Orientation

  • Manage the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.

  • Coordinate with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements, such as PF, ESI, and TDS.

8. HR Data Management

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, contracts, and performance reports.

  • Use HR management software to streamline data management and reporting.

9. Exit Management

  • Manage the offboarding process, including exit interviews, clearance formalities, and feedback collection.
