1. Power Distribution System Maintenance:
   • Oversee and maintain the entire power distribution system, including transformers, VCBs (Vacuum Circuit Breakers), ACBs (Air Circuit Breakers), and LT Panels.
   • Conduct routine inspections to ensure optimal performance and identify potential issues.
   • Implement and monitor preventive maintenance schedules for all power distribution equipment.
2. Utilities Maintenance:
   • Perform maintenance of utilities such as DG/PNG sets, air compressors, and related auxiliary equipment.
   • Troubleshoot and repair issues in auxiliary equipment to ensure continuous operations.
   • Optimize utility equipment performance for maximum efficiency and reliability.
3. Machine Control and Troubleshooting:
   • Develop expertise in PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), HMIs (Human-Machine Interfaces), and machine control wiring.
   • Diagnose and troubleshoot control systems and wiring issues promptly.
   • Collaborate with other departments to minimize downtime and enhance operational efficiency.
4. Welding Equipment Maintenance:
   • Ensure proper functioning of MIG and TIG welding machines by conducting regular maintenance.
   • Troubleshoot and repair welding equipment to minimize disruptions in production.
5. VFDs and Electrical Systems:
   • Maintain and troubleshoot Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), control circuit diagrams, servo meters, UPS, and ACS systems.
   • Perform root cause analysis to identify faults and implement corrective actions.
   • Ensure compliance with operational and safety standards while working with advanced electrical systems.
6. Machine Maintenance and Analysis:
   • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of all machinery to ensure optimal performance.
   • Perform root cause analysis of breakdowns and take corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
   • Monitor machine performance and implement strategies to improve Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) and reduce Mean Time to Repair (MTTR).
7. Documentation and Reporting:
   • Maintain detailed documentation for breakdowns, repairs, and maintenance activities.
   • Prepare reports for MTBF, MTTR, and other key performance metrics.
   • Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards for documentation and reporting.
8. Quality and Process Improvement:
   • Promote and implement 5S practices and Kaizen for continuous improvement in maintenance processes.
   • Identify areas for process improvement and recommend changes to enhance efficiency.
   • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving operational performance.
9. Safety and Compliance:
   • Ensure adherence to safety protocols during maintenance and repair activities.
   • Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment.
   • Stay updated on relevant electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
10. Collaboration and Teamwork:
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and operations, to address maintenance requirements.
    • Provide training to team members on new equipment and maintenance techniques.
    • Support team members in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
