Sales Marketing Job in Delhi, We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive (male) to join our Delhi-based team. This role will require the candidate to focus on sales, client acquisition, and marketing initiatives to expand the reach of our industrial machinery products.

The ideal candidate should have proven experience in sales and marketing, excellent communication skills, and a valid driver’s license to manage field operations efficiently.

This position offers a salary ranging from ₹15,000 to ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and performance, and comes with growth opportunities for driven individuals.

Key Responsibilities: Sales Marketing Job in Delhi

1. Sales Development

• Identify and connect with potential clients through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored product solutions from our extensive portfolio.
• Deliver persuasive presentations and demonstrations of products to prospective customers.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through strategic planning and execution.

2. Marketing Initiatives

• Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute campaigns for product promotion.
• Develop and distribute marketing materials such as brochures, catalogs, and digital content to attract potential customers.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and exhibitions to promote products and generate leads.
• Use digital marketing platforms to extend the company’s reach and visibility.

3. Client Relationship Management

• Provide prompt responses to inquiries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Address post-sales issues such as installation and maintenance by coordinating with the technical team.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions in the company CRM system.
• Regularly follow up with clients to update them on new products, services, and offers.

4. Field Operations

• Travel across Delhi and surrounding areas to meet clients and conduct site visits.
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients at their sites.
• Act as the primary point of contact for on-ground sales activities.
• Ensure all logistics and paperwork are completed efficiently during client interactions.

5. Team Collaboration

• Work closely with internal teams such as production and procurement to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
• Provide feedback from clients to help improve products and services.
• Collaborate with other sales and marketing team members to achieve shared goals.

6. Reporting and Analysis

• Prepare and present weekly and monthly sales performance reports to the management.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, successes, and areas for improvement.
• Monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and recommend adjustments as needed.

Education

• Graduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience
